ABOUT

Greg Debonne has consistently provided creative and administrative music solutions in a broad array of media and music business oriented contexts.

With an extensive background in music supervision, Greg has personally overseen all creative, organizational, and administrative aspects of the job with impeccable attention-to-detail on any given series, in programming featured on numerous networks and streaming content platforms including Netflix, Facebook Watch, MTV, MTV2, VH1, Paramount Network, Spike TV, Comedy Central, A&E, Lifetime, and Discovery Channel among others.  Greg also has music supervised in the realm of documentary filmmaking. From inception to completion, he has worked directly with producers, editors, composers, production music libraries, countless independent artists, major publishers, labels, and legal counsel among others to meet the demands and actualize the vision of any given project.

Greg's experience as an industry professional is both dynamic and diverse in scope, having provided hands-on consultation for independent music publishers, sync houses, major and independent production music libraries, and a video game company.

Personally, Greg's passion for music brings decades of deep vintage catalogue knowledge to the table in an expanse of genres, ranging from Pop to Rock to Jazz to Soul/Rhythm & Blues and beyond. He was given his first stereo system at the age of four, having favored LPs over toys.

Greg's formal education includes advanced studies in composing, arranging and orchestration, as well as the formal study and practice of Jazz piano. His formative years were filled with Classical piano instruction. He was born with perfect pitch.

Greg is a BMI affiliated writer and publisher, having collaborated on songs as well as production music cues administered by both major and independent libraries.

With an expansive network and database of contacts, Greg is seeking both freelance as well as in-house staff opportunities.
